In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6r777 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and all associated services accessible at 6r777. io and related URLs.
• "6r777" refers to the operator of the Platform and all associated services described in these Terms.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal and, in some cases, prior to continued use of the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within every Player Account.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager on 6r777, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all Wagers voided, and all Balance — including any winnings — permanently forfeited. 6r777 may report underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

To use the full features of the Platform, Players must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, Players must provide at minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (confirming eligibility under the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address
• Valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved channels)

6r777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of information provided. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by 6r777 may result in restrictions on withdrawals or Account suspension.

Players must notify 6r777 promptly of any changes to their registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 6r777 will never request your password by email, phone, or live chat.

You must notify 6r777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 6r777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

6r777 recommends that all Players enable two-factor SMS authentication, which is available within Account settings. Accounts showing signs of compromise may be temporarily suspended by 6r777 to protect the Player's Balance pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. 6r777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum deposit: ৳300 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; ৳1,000 via bank transfer or card. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all markets offered by 6r777:

• Bets are accepted only when a Player has sufficient confirmed Balance to cover the stake in full at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 6r777 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error, system fault, or where the event outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.
• In the event that a sporting event is suspended, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the official settlement rules for the relevant sport and competition as published on the Platform.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international match markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform for each competition.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the Player's Account Balance within one hour of the official result being confirmed, subject to any required verification.
• 6r777 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or on cumulative daily winnings. These limits are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet placement.

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with 6r777 support within 72 hours of the official settlement time. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

The 6r777 casino offers slot games, live dealer table games, and other casino products supplied by third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply to all casino game activity:

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies identified in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

All content on the 6r777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 6r777 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 6r777.

Any unauthorised use of 6r777's intellectual property — including systematic data scraping, odds harvesting, or copying of Platform content for publication elsewhere — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

6r777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we strongly encourage all Players to gamble within their personal financial means and time constraints.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the Player at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, internet connectivity failures, or third-party system outages that affect access to or the operation of the Platform.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6r777 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or event data, or the suitability of any game or service for any particular purpose.

In no event shall 6r777's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6r777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider.
• Evidence of problem gambling behaviour where 6r777 determines that continued access poses a risk to the Player.
• Requests from law enforcement, financial intelligence units, or other competent regulatory authorities.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 6r777 support. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, with resulting funds treated in accordance with the reason for closure.

6r777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 6r777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of any amendment will be displayed at the top of the updated Terms document. Players who continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in platform features — may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms as published on the Platform at any given time constitutes the binding agreement between 6r777 and the Player.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 6r777 operates. Players who access the Platform from Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 6r777's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Players agree that any claim or cause of action arising from use of the Platform must be filed within one year of the date on which the claim arose, after which time the claim is permanently barred.

Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, 6r777 will advise the Player of any applicable external recourse options.
